A. D-Tech Technicians are qualified repair experts that can help you with your Computer, iPod/iPhone, Game Console problems. We also provide Training and Business Consultation Services.

 

Q. Is Remote Computer Assistance Safe?

A. Yes! Remote Computer Assistance is a safe process. We will actually be working on your computer privately.

 

Q. Does D-Tech Service my Area?

Q. Do you diagnose my problem for free?

A. Yes we will determine your problem for no fee.

 

Q. What about if you cannot fix my problem?

A. If we are unable to fix your problem you will not be charge.

 

Q. What can I expect with OnSite service?

A. We will send one of our technicians to your location and he will repair or troubleshoot your problem. If technician needs more time he might need to take your Computer, iPod/iPhone, Game Console or other device to the shop. When we are done we will contact you and drop it off to your location.

 

Q. Do you accept major Credit Cards?

A. Yes, all payments are processed through Paypal. Paypal uses 128 bit SSL Encryption, so all payments are secured.

 

Q. Does your services come with warranty?

A. Yes our services cover 30 days from date of repair or service. For remote services we warrant 15 days following the date you received remote service; however, for repairs with viruses or spyware, the service warranty is valid only if the anti-virus and anti-spyware protection for your product is installed or updated during the repair or promptly thereafter (before you connect again to the Internet).

 

Warranty does not cover the following:

- Acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, modifications
- Improper operation or maintenance of the Product;
- Connection to improper voltage supply;
- Attempted or unauthorized repair
