If we determine that your computer is completely manifested with Viruses, Spyware, Rootkits, Malware, Worms etc. It might be better off to back up your data and reformat your computer. Backing up and Reformatting your Hard Drive is much better and safer. Only downside to this is that you will have to install all your programs that were not installed when you purchased your computer.
Our services cover 30 days from date of repair or service. For remote service we cover 15 days following the date you received remote service. For repairs with viruses or spyware, service warranty is only valid if the anti-virus and anti-spyware protection is installed or updated during the repair or promptly thereafter (before connecting to the internet).
