Warranty
Our services cover 30 days from date of repair or service. For remote service we cover 15 days following the date you received remote service. For repairs with viruses or spyware, service warranty is only valid if the anti-virus and anti-spyware protection is installed or updated during the repair or promptly thereafter (before connecting to the internet).
Warranty does not cover the following:
- Acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, modifications
- Improper operation or maintenance of the Product;
- Connection to improper voltage supply;
- Attempted or unauthorized repair
